Refund Policy

Our Commitment
We want every customer to get value from AI Catalog Builder. If you experience a genuine issue with your order, we will review it and work with you to reach a fair resolution.
Eligible for Refund
You may be eligible for a full refund if: (a) your job was not processed due to a verified system error on our end; (b) a processing-related service issue occurred that we are responsible for; or (c) you were charged twice for the same job.
Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds are not available if: (a) you uploaded incorrect or incomplete files; (b) you changed your mind after the job was submitted; (c) you failed to download your results before the 7-day expiry window; or (d) the product count estimate was shown before payment and you chose to proceed.
Refund Request Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date. Requests outside this window will not be considered.
How to Request a Refund
Email refund@aicatalogbuilder.com with your Job ID, Payment ID, and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and will be returned to the original payment method.
Always save your Job ID and Payment ID after checkout.
These are required to process any refund, support, or billing query.
